The Oakwood Building Group is a construction management company that specializes in high-end custom homes and renovations. Owned and operated by Marcus Meide, a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida has spent his entire career in the construction and real estate development industry. He is a graduate of the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction and a state of Florida Certified Building Contractor who gained his practical experience by working for local custom home builders, as well as a national home builder by overseeing each facet of the home building process.

The core principles of our company's philosophy – honesty and integrity – are the driving force of every aspect of what we do and every decision we make. Our goal is to give our clients the personal service they deserve. With our small and manageable work force we are able to accomplish this. We will guide you through the entire building process in order to deliver a complete turn-key product. We, along with our strategic partners, work with you through every stage of a project including initial feasibility, conceptual design, plan production, permitting and construction, making the process manageable and enjoyable. It is our work ethic and personal commitment to excellence that ensures each project is completed on time and within budget providing complete customer satisfaction.
